cardboard void

john baalke wrote the following pohm and kindly sended it to me for looking at and things. im thinking its because it has cardboard in it.

one word of caution before YOU begin, there are some sad bits:

A cardboard box
abandoned by the roadside
kicked into the ditch
by a nasty gust
begins to sag as the

incessant rain
saturates the corrugated
ribs until they give
way and the nothing
which is not there reveals itself
